Get the content right
Producing Employer brand content & video etc to bring the brand to life is relatively simple, even though it takes effort. The hard part is ensuring that the content is fully aligned with your brand positioning. Get this part wrong and your content will at best be confusing. But you can only get this internal alignment if you have a clear and simple articulation of your brand positioing, helping everyone to be clear on what aspects of your employer brand matter and what you are trying to convey.
